Group Capacity and Multiple Quantity

Group Services in the features library means shared capacity through the Pro Multiple Quantity module. Both features use the same configuration.

Requirements

A valid Pro license and enabled Multiple Quantity module are required. Multiple Quantity and Multi-Service cannot be enabled together in the audited version.

Configure a service

1. Enable Multiple Quantity in Pro add-ons.
2. Open the service editor and configure the quantity/capacity controls, including minimum quantity and maximum capacity.
3. Review per-person pricing where applicable and assign staff with a valid schedule.
4. Save and test single-place and multiple-place bookings for the same time.

Verify capacity and pricing

Check the remaining availability after each booking and compare the booking total with your service pricing. Try a quantity outside the configured bounds and confirm it is rejected. Check the enabled module and capacity settings if expected places are unavailable.
