Staff User Panel

Give staff a frontend workspace for the tasks you allow, using the licensed Pro Staff Panel module.

Set up the panel

1. Enable Staff Panel in Pro add-ons.
2. Create a WordPress page with [bookwellnow_staff_panel].
3. Open Settings → Staff Panel and select it as Staff Panel Page.
4. Review permissions for Appointments, Services and Schedule, and the option controlling native WordPress menus.
5. Use the WordPress account linked to the appropriate staff member to test access.

Verify permissions

Sign in as staff and verify permitted actions. Also test a different staff account and a signed-out visitor to confirm they cannot access another member’s private records. If access fails, check the enabled module, account association and selected panel page.
