Services and Categories Hierarchy
BookWell organizes your booking inventory into a two-level hierarchy:
- Categories: Broad departments or service types (e.g. Face Massage, Hair styling, Physiotherapy).
- Services: The actual bookable items inside each category (e.g. Hair Cut, Deep Tissue Massage).
