Let eligible customers choose a new appointment time with the licensed Pro rescheduling feature.

Requirements

Use BookWellNow Free with licensed Pro and an existing customer appointment. Rescheduling is a core Pro feature, not a separately toggled add-on.

Set up rescheduling

1. Create a WordPress page containing [bookwellnow_appointment_reschedule].
2. Open General Settings and choose this page as Reschedule Page.
3. Enable Allow Customer Reschedule and set Reschedule available before appointment.
4. Include %reschedule_appointment_url% in the applicable notification so the customer can open their appointment link.
5. Save and test with a future appointment that meets your cutoff.

Verify and troubleshoot

Use the appointment-specific link, select an available time and confirm the change. Verify the admin calendar and enabled notifications. If unavailable, check the cutoff, staff schedule, service availability and whether customer rescheduling is enabled.
